The Arkansas County Arts Festival featured artists like Donnie Freeman who had a win in the drawing contest, and Leonard Sherman a local potter. The fair takes place in Stuttgart, Arkansas County, Arkansas. It is held every September. The fair was founded by A.P. "Pete" Finken.
